Participant Assessment
As a means to provide the most relevant and useful information, Eric Dickerson Associates delivers a Post-Training Assessment report to the client. This written report offers feedback on where participants excel in the areas of financial literacy and where gaps remain. This information can be most useful for representatives in the Benefits and Human Resources division as they seek to provide relevant services to the organization’s personnel.

The first post-training assessment report is completed after the initial training session and provides a preliminary gauge as to the group’s level of financial understanding and its ability to advance in the principles taught.

Upon completion of a follow-up training session and post training surveys, a second assessment report is provided outlining participant progress, the degree in which participants are maintaining strong financial principles and additional areas of need.

Training & Instructor Assessment
At Eric Dickerson Associates, we stand behind our work. As a means to constantly improving our service and to ensure that our training is effective and beneficial to your employees, staff or constituents, Eric Dickerson Associates has developed an assessment survey on our training services, to be completed by the participants. This survey is designed to provide feedback on the quality of training, relevance to their daily financial lives and overall impact of the session(s). Although the survey was developed by Eric Dickerson Associates, a copy of all survey results, whether responses are written or sent electronically, is submitted directly to the organization prior to being forwarded to Eric Dickerson Associates.
